• Supported operations for a multi-day music festival attended by thousands of guests.
• Assisted with staff training and event readiness across multiple festival locations.
• Assisted in the management of main entrance gate operations, including attendee access and crowd flow.
• Provided production support and operational assistance across various event zones.
