Description
The inaugural season of the Rose Music Center at The Heights marked the debut of Huber Heights’ new state-of-the-art outdoor amphitheater and established the venue as a major destination for live entertainment in the Dayton region. Opening in 2015, the 4,200-seat covered venue welcomed a diverse lineup of nationally recognized artists and performances, drawing audiences from across the region and showcasing the facility’s world-class concert experience. As the first season of operation, the event series represented a significant milestone for both the venue and the broader Heights development, helping position the Rose Music Center as a catalyst for cultural and economic growth in the community.
Responsibilities:
• Supported the successful launch of the venue's inaugural concert season, contributing to event execution across multiple performances.
• Coordinated event setup, breakdown, and live-show logistics to ensure successful operations.
• Collaborated with internal teams to establish general operating procedures throughout the venue
• Hired, trained, and managed event staff, backstage security and parking staffs
• Managed crowd flow, staffing support, and real-time operational adjustments during live events.
